Clause 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with bed3 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement and consent to bed3 verifying your age and identity at any point during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and are not registering on behalf of a third party, corporation, or syndicate. Each person may hold only one registered account with bed3. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bed3 reserves the right to close all but one account and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with the additional accounts.

Clause 2

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. bed3 will treat any action taken using your credentials as authorised by you. Accordingly:

• Do not share your username or password with any other person. bed3 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify bed3 support immediately. bed3 will investigate and, where unauthorised access is confirmed, take appropriate remedial action including account suspension.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update your details promptly if they change. bed3 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• bed3 implements SSL encryption across all account and payment pages. Notwithstanding this, you are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access bed3 is secure and free from malware or keylogging software.

Clause 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bed3 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to thirty minutes to process.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless bed3 support approves an alternative in writing. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. bed3 aims to process withdrawal requests within ten minutes during standard operating hours, subject to identity verification requirements.
• bed3 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any transaction it deems suspicious, unusually large, or inconsistent with a player's normal pattern of activity. Processing of the relevant withdrawal may be delayed while such checks are conducted.

Clause 4

Bonuses and Promotions

bed3 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each bonus offer and must be met within the stated validity period.
• bed3 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to a player's account. Once credited, the bonus remains subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus abuse — including exploitation of technical errors, use of automated strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account. bed3 reserves the right to alter the terms of any ongoing bonus offer by providing reasonable notice through the platform.

Clause 5

Betting Rules

The following rules govern all bets placed on bed3's sportsbook and casino products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bed3 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction or where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets close automatically when defined events occur, for example at the fall of a wicket in cricket or at half-time in football. bed3 is not responsible for bets placed after a market has de facto closed but before the closure has been reflected in the interface.
• bed3 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was known at the time of placement, where there is evidence of match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns, or where an obvious pricing error occurred. In such cases bed3 will notify the affected player within a reasonable time and return the original stake to the player's account balance.

Clause 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bed3 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete bonus wagering requirements.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated multi-accounting across any game category.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates the movement of illegally obtained funds through the platform. bed3 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Clause 7

Responsible Gaming

bed3 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. As part of this commitment:

• bed3 provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players wishing to use any of these tools should contact bed3 support. Requests for self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
• If a player is identified as showing signs of problem gambling, bed3 reserves the right to initiate responsible gaming contact and, where necessary, to place temporary restrictions on the account pending the player's response.
• bed3 will not extend credit to any player. All bets must be funded from existing account balance. Players are encouraged to gamble only with money they can afford to lose and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on bed3.vip — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bed3 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of bed3.vip without the express written permission of bed3.
• The bed3 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bed3. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use bed3 trademarks without prior written consent.
• Game content — including game titles, artwork, and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bed3 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss or damage arising from interruption to or unavailability of the platform, including during scheduled maintenance or as a result of circumstances beyond bed3's reasonable control such as power outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where bed3 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game rules, which may be subject to error or change without notice.

Clause 10

Amendments and Dispute Resolution

bed3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bed3 will provide notice through the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of bed3 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

These terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with a translated version. Any dispute arising from your use of bed3 shall be resolved through bed3's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. bed3 aims to resolve all disputes within ten business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted to [email protected].
